Add my first product

Create a complete product listing: details, price, photos, variants (sizes, colours), category, status and visibility.

From your dashboard, go to Catalogue → Products, then click on ‘New product’.

Basic information

• Product name — automatically translated into your active languages.
• Description — the story of your product, told in your own words.
• Price — and an optional crossed-out price to indicate a promotion.
• Stock — the quantity available (managed automatically if you use variants).

The photos

Drag your images into the drop zone, or click to browse. The first image is the main photo; reorder them using drag and drop. Supported formats: JPG, PNG, WEBP (max. 10 MB per image).

Variations (sizes, colours, etc.)

If your product is available in several variants, add options directly to the product page. Define an option (e.g. ‘Colour’) and select its type — text or colour. For colours, a colour swatch will appear and you can assign specific images to each shade.

The variant table is generated automatically (based on all your options). You enter the price, stock level and product code (SKU, optional) for each combination.

The colour chosen by the customer appears throughout the process: shopping basket, checkout, confirmation email. Each colour retains its own image.

Category, status and visibility

In the right-hand column, select the category (or create one on the spot). Then set:

• Status — ‘Draft’ (hidden) or ‘Active’ (on sale). A product must be set to ‘Active’ to appear in your shop.
• Visibility — ‘Regular’, ‘New’, ‘Featured’ (highlighted on the homepage) or ‘Hidden’.

Click ‘Save’. Tip: you can duplicate an existing product (using the copy icon in the list) to save time when creating similar items.
